Asian Ginger Dressing – we used a 32 oz. bottle and the recipe below filled it almost to the top

 


1 cup olive oil
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup minced onion

1 cup finely chopped carrots

¼ cup minced celery (about 1 stalk)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
¼ cup minced fresh ginger

1 ½ tablespoons fresh turmeric
3 tablespoons soy sauce
¼ cup honey
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

2 teaspoons of sesame oil
