Chili

2 points per cup

 

8 ounces of 93% lean ground beef

    Cook ground beef and drain. 

 

In a large pan, add the following and cover and cook

until vegetables are soft.

    1 diced green pepper

    1 diced red pepper

    1 Spanish onion

 

Into the pan with the vegetables, add

    the cooked ground beef

    1 can of tomato sauce

    2 cans of diced tomatoes

    1 can kidney beans, drained

    1 tbsp. tomato paste

    1 package of chili seasoning

 

Cook until heated throughout.

 

Makes 8 cups
