Slow Cooker Venison Chili

ingredients

2 pounds ground venison
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper
1 jar medium salsa (I used Paul Newman’s)

14oz can diced tomatoes

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 green pepper – chopped

 

directions

Brown meat, onion, salt, pepper and garlic in skillet. Put in crockpot along with all other ingredients. Cook on low setting for 6 to 10 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
