Ingredients

12 oz canned chunk white tuna in water, drained
1/2 cup celery, finely diced
2 Tbsp parsley, fresh, chopped
2 Tbsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions
  1. Combine tuna, celery and parsley in a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper; stir to combine. Yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
     
Notes

 The key to this popular sandwich filling is to finely chop the celery so it spreads throughout the entire salad. For a flavor boost, add 1/4 cup of diced black or green olives (does not increase the recipe's POINTS value).
