BIG DOLE’S STEAK TIPS

5 lbs. Steak tips                                             

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 cup honey                                                   

1 cup duck sauce

2 tablespoons minced garlic (jar)

Put fresh or thawed tips in a large ziplock bag with all the ingredients. 

Knead the bag to move the mixture throughout meat.  Set in the fridge.  Flip over after 30 minutes. 

Can be marinated for up to 24 hours.  Great on the grill!  Cook to desired taste.
