BROCCOLI SALAD

 

DRESSING

¼ - ¾ CUP SUGAR  (I use Splenda)

2 tbsp APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

1 CUP MAYONNAISE

LET SET FOR 24 HOURS

SALAD

1 -2 HEADS BROCCOLI

1 LB BACON/CRISPY & CRUMBLED

1 PACKAGE CHEDDAR CHEESE, SHREDDED

1 SMALL RED ONION

Cut up broccoli into small pieces. Add in cooked bacon and chopped red onion. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

Put dressing on top when ready to serve.
