Karen's Chicken Recipe
Spray bottom of a baking pan with PAM.
Place a thin chicken breast in pan with a
slice of Swiss cheese on top.
Mix together 1/2 cup of white wine and 1 can
of cream of chicken soup. Pour
mixture over the chicken.
Make fine crumbs from Pepperidge Farms
stuffing. Mix crumbs with melted
butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
Serve over rice or noodles.
